Susan Fleming, PhD candidate, MN, RN
A nurse who was born without a left hand, shares her journey of becoming a registered nurse in the United States. She practiced as a nurse for more than 20 years and currently teaches nursing, as a lecturer and a clinical instructor at Washington State University College of Nursing in Spokane, Washington.
