Recruitment & Selection DVD: Challenging Assumptions
A training tool for those undertaking the recruitment and selection of graduates with disabilities, aimed at identifying and challenging employer assumptions. The scenarios utilised are based on learning accrued through the running of the WAM placement programme. Elements that may be of use include; job advertisements, interview questions, alternative qualifications, CV gaps and reasonable accommodations.
