AHEAD designs and delivers customized training on inclusive education and employment practices. For example, Including Students with Dyslexia in Nursing. Training is highly interactive, involving a range of activities that encourage participant interaction and discussion. The methodologies applied are based on the principles of adult and experiential learning, tapping into experiences and knowledge that participants already have.

Resilience Training
Resilience is your ability to adapt well and recover quickly after stress and adversity. But Organisations are currently facing considerable challenges and are asking more of their staff. Managers need to ensure that they have the personal resources to enable them to support colleagues and keep teams engaged in these challenging times.
This programme aims to increase mental health, well-being and the work life balance of people in the workplace; to cultivate personal resilience and show you how to support others to become more resilient.
If you are interested in upgrading your knowledge and skills in any of the topics outlined please contact Lorraine Gallagher: e: lorraine.gallagher@ahead.ie t: 01 7164396
