Training
AHEAD designs and delivers customised training on inclusive education and employment practices. For example, Including students with dyslexia in Nursing.
Get Ahead provides a tailored training program entitled 'Get Ready for Work' for graduates with disabilities which explores topics such as interview skills, employment law, disclosure and career guidance.
Training is highly interactive, involving a range of activities that encourage participant interaction and discussion. The methodologies applied are based on the principles of adult and experiential learning, tapping into experiences and knowledge that participants already have. Participants share information on a voluntary basis and all views will be respected.
Duration & Content
Training can be customised to meet the needs of organisations and groups.
