AHEAD Research on Recruiting and Employing People with Disabilities

AHEAD have commissioned Behaviour & Attitudes Ltd. to conduct a short telephone and online survey about recruiting and employing students and graduates with disabilities. The purpose of the survey is to better understand the challenges staff with a HR remit face in this area which in turn will inform on the work of AHEAD and build on the support offered by us to employers in retaining and promoting the employment of people with disabilities.
We want to ensure a wide variety of employers have an opportunity to participate in the survey and we need your help to do this!
If you wish to participate in the survey, all you have to is email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you choose to participate, Behaviour & Attitudes may contact you over the coming weeks to conduct an interview. As the sample is random, this would simply mean that we include your contact details within the possible universe with many others. If you are contacted, the interview itself will take around 15 minutes to complete, and your responses will be held by Behaviour & Attitudes in the strictest of confidence. They will be added together with those of other respondents in the form of a statistical report. We will never know who has participated. Your responses will remain anonymous.
