Allianz Ireland - Graduate Programme 2026

Applications are currently open for one Organisation, Development & Research Graduate with Allianz Ireland.

Applicants should a final year student or have graduated with a minimum NFQ Level 7 degree in any background.

This role is a 12 month contract commencing in August 2026 and offering a hybrid work model of remote working and on-site at Allianz Offices in Elm Park, Dublin 4. Allianz Ireland has fully embraced the hybrid work model, embedding brand new ways of working and empowering teams to embrace hybrid working independently.

Organisation, Development & Research

The purpose of the role is to assist the Learning and Development Team across a combination of administrative, design, and delivery activities, while actively contributing to the evolution of our learning approach.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to cutting-edge areas such as AI-enabled learning, facilitation, and innovation capability development, making this an ideal opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about learning, keen to explore emerging technologies, and eager to develop practical facilitation experience in a corporate environment.

Applicants should be a final year student or have completed a third level degree course (NFQ Level 7) or equivalent.
