Erica Meslin is the Education Manager with AHEAD.  She is an experienced leader in the inclusion field bringing in a diverse background of working with marginalized and disadvantaged communities internationally.  Erica is passionate about accessibility and inclusion in education settings and is happy to play a key role with AHEAD’s education team.

Jacinta Burke is a science educator with extensive experience in both secondary and higher education. Her work focuses on promoting inclusive education through universal design as a foundational approach to student success. She has led initiatives to create accessible and equitable learning materials in both academic and work based learning environments.
As current Chair of DAWN, the national network of disability officers in Higher Education, Jacinta works with the group to advocate for systemic change that supports diverse learners. 

Kathy Bradley is a dedicated leader in education, committed to expanding opportunities for learners across the Cork and Kerry region. As a tertiary manager, she works to develop innovative pathways to higher education, ensuring accessibility and support for diverse student groups. With a background in financial services, Kathy brings a strong foundation in strategic planning and operational development. She is also passionate about community engagement, communication and storytelling. With a hands-on approach and a focus on collaboration, Kathy is dedicated to fostering inclusive and dynamic learning environments.
