Denise has been a Tutor with City of Dublin FET College for 15 years and is currently working for their Continuous Professional Development Unit in order to upskill teaching staff. 

During the course of Denise's career, she has been a facilitator for the Universal Design for Learning, advocating for learners with disabilities to be given equal opportunities to succeed in their courses. Denise also has an MA in Intercultural Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Inclusive Education, Learner Support and Special Education. 

The section today will look at the FET sector as an excellent way to develop skills, vocational training and/or as a pathway to Higher Education.  The section will take you through the different faculties, courses and modules you may be interested in and the supports you can avail of while studying in the FET sector.
