Moving From Generic Reasonable Accommodations to Individualised, Specific Accommodations that Support Students’ Success on Practice Placement  [Wicklow Hall 1]

To provide solid reasonable accommodations, FET and HE staff need to understand what is going to be required of students on placement, and this will vary from placement to placement. Without an understanding of the placement context, staff can find it hard to be specific in their recommendations.
