Disclosure means informing someone or to make the information known, in this case to the employer or your college, about your disability, specific learning difficulty or mental health difficulty. Disclosure is often cited as one of the most complex aspects of having a disability, especially in relation to employment.
Join this online session designed to support you in considering whether or not to share information about your disability. In the workshop, we will guide you through some background information on disclosure, information on the law and our suggested approach to disclosure with some examples and information about reasonable accommodations.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about how to navigate disclosure at work!
This session is free to attend, but places are limited, so please register in advance to secure your spot. Let us know if you require any accessibility accommodations for the webinar.
