AHEAD Annual Report 2021 

AHEAD are delighted to release their annual report for 2021 which details the organisations activities and finances during that period.

The report reflects AHEAD's investment in engaging with networks across further and higher education and across the public and private employment sectors in order to sustain and develop the organisation and achieve our mission. We are particularly proud of our continued success in community building with students with disabilities, and the continued development of the Students with Disabilities Advisory Group as a key influencer in our output and our policy work. The info below highlight key figures from the Report;

• AHEAD's year in numbers; 23 online events delivered by our team involving 50+ online sessions. 86,674 video views on YouTube channel in 2021 (up 13% year on year). 3,951 participants across our online events. 137 new videos added to AHEAD’s YouTube channel. 481 meetings with external stakeholders in education and employment.
• Year in numbers continued; 333,058 website page views. 256 graduate interviews organised & supported for graduates though WAM (up 64% year on year). 27 AHEAD Journal articles published. 56 new graduate placements supported through WAM. 12 policy submissions developed and submitted by our Research and Policy Team. 771 digital badges awarded directly by AHEAD as part of our national digital badge for universal design in teaching and learning roll out (up 43% year on year)
