EirGrid - Graduate Programme

Applications are currently open for one position with EirGrid on their 2-year Graduate Development Programme. 

The EirGrid Group, operate, develop and enhance the electricity grid and market, bringing power to everyone throughout Ireland.  The Graduate Development Programme is open to all new and recently qualified graduates (in the last 2 years), with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework (expected or attained).

Hybrid working arrangement is available, three days per week from home, two days per week in The Oval, 160 Shelbourne Rd, Dublin 4, D04 FW28.

 Roles Duties and Responsibilities

As a graduate, you’ll work with leading authorities in the energy sector to develop cutting edge solutions, making a difference to the future of our planet. Work with us to reduce Ireland’s reliance on fossil fuels and make decarbonisation a reality.

You will be assigned to an area of the business in line with your educational background and experience!

Key Requirements 

  • Minimum level 8 degree in all disciplines including: Engineering, IT & Data Analysis, Cyber Security, Economics, Business & Finance, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Arts, or any other related discipline.

Recruitment for these roles will be a two-part process as follows:

  2. An in-person competency-based interview.
