Pfizer Graduate Programme - Dublin
Applications are currently open for up to three ring-fenced positions for graduates with disabilities on the Pfizer Graduate Programme based onsite at Grange Castle, Dublin. These positions are for 23-months and will be commencing in September 2027. The 23-month Graduate Programme in Grange Castle consists of three rotation blocks where you will get experience in different functions throughout the business
Applicants are required to either hold a degree in a relevant discipline like Science / Engineering, e.g. Electrical/Electronics, Automation/Mechatronics, Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental, Health & Safety, Industrial Chemistry or similar.
Please note that Computer Science is not applicable for this Graduate Programme.
Applicants are expected to qualify before the start date September 2027.
The closing date is 12pm, 5th October 2026.

The 23-month Graduate Programme in Grange Castle consists of three rotation blocks where you will get experience in different functions throughout the business. Over the course of the programme, you will get exposure to our Quality, Operations & Support departments (Support Dept. consists of Engineering, MSAT & Technical services). You will gain invaluable insight throughout each area and use high tech equipment to uncover the multitude of projects that are currently being developed across the Pfizer Group.
The successful candidate should:

- Be willing to rotate departments and gain experience across 3 different functions of the business.

Passionate about your field of expertise.

A graduate from Engineering or Science disciplines

Graduates should have completed a minimum NFQ level 8 to be considered.

Available to start in September 2027 and legally eligible to work in Ireland for the duration of the programme.
