Communities of Practice - What are They and Where do I Start?

This hands on, interactive workshop will lead participants through a journey of exploring some theoretical underpinnings of Communities of Practice. It will enable participants to identify opportunities and potential barriers in setting up up a CoP. It will then guide you through the processes involved in getting started, or in developing one you may already be a part of. It is intended that this hands-on workshop will challenge you to identify potential opportunities in your own context to bring together a community of like-minded individuals to support and challenge each other as we collectively work towards connecting and reconnecting with each other, while placing inclusion at the heart of online learning and support.
